A relaxed, beginner-friendly workshop where you’ll paint a small furniture piece from start to finish.

This class is designed for beginners who want to learn the basics of furniture painting in a supportive, no-pressure environment. We focus on simple techniques, one color, and a manageable piece, so you can complete your project during class and leave feeling confident to keep going at home

Who This Class Is For

  • You’ve never painted furniture before

  • You’ve tried it once and felt unsure

  • You want clear guidance without overwhelm

  • You want to leave with a finished piece

No experience required.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How to properly prep a small furniture piece

  • Beginner-friendly painting techniques

  • How to achieve a clean, finished look using one color

  • Finishing options and next steps for home

What to Bring

  • One small furniture piece you can carry in one hand

  • Examples include:

    • small stool

    • drawer

    • chair seat

    • wooden box

    • small tabletop piece

Large or multi-piece furniture is not suitable for this class.

What’s Included:

  • One jar of furniture paint
    (choose from a curated selection of colors)

  • Use of all tools and supplies during class

  • Step-by-step instruction throughout the workshop

  • Optional class-day-only paint bundles (paint, wax, brush) will be available for purchase.
