A Moment for You
A Guided Evening of Creativity, Reflection & Connection
Before the holiday season gets busy, give yourself a little room to slow down.
A Moment for You is a small-group creative experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself and with others through simple watercolor exercises, guided reflection, and shared conversation.
The goal is not to create a perfect painting. It is to enjoy the process, notice what you’re feeling, and allow yourself to create without pressure.
Who Is This Experience For?
This is for anyone who feels the need to:

-
Slow down before the holiday rush
-
Get out of their head for a while
-
Try something creative without pressure
-
Meet new people and make meaningful connections
-
Spend an evening doing something restorative for themselves
No previous painting or watercolor experience is needed.
What Can You Expect?
The evening begins with about 30 minutes to settle in, enjoy light refreshments, meet the group, and talk about what brought you there.
From there, you’ll move into approximately two hours of guided creative exploration using watercolor paper, watercolor pencils, paint, and water.
You may be invited to work with your non-dominant hand, respond to color intuitively, and let curiosity lead, and give yourself permission to create without a plan. At points, you may even switch papers with someone else, helping loosen the need to make everything “right.”
I’ll guide the creative process while licensed therapist Tracy Rice leads gentle reflection and conversation throughout the experience.
What Will You Take Away?
The hope is that you leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more connected, and with the reminder that making time for yourself does not have to be complicated.
Let the experience matter more than the outcome.
All materials are included.
